Stone Analysis Risk
GenPath performs analysis of stones that have passed and monitors important indicators to understand the risk of stone formation. Kidney stone analysis is used to determine the chemical composition of passed kidney stones to assist with forming a prevention plan for the future. Our 24-Hour Stone Risk Profile is used to assess the risk of kidney stone formation and includes supersaturation indices for calcium and uric acid type stones, as well as individual analysis of calcium, chloride, creatinine, potassium, citrate, sulfate, oxalate, pH, sodium, phosphorous, and magnesium levels.
